From the Taylor Engineering 2003 Report (Reference)
  • The pre-fill and post-fill profile calculations indicate that the combined beach fill placement area (T-132 in Anastasia State Park to just south of R-151 in the City of St. Augustine Beach) gained 4,383,000 cy of sand, and the MHW and MLW shorelines accreted 294 feet and 336 feet, on average.  The north control area south of the inlet gained 607,000 cy of sand, and the MHW and MLW shorelines accreted 125 feet and 142 feet, on average.  The south control area gained 215,000 cy of sand, and the MHW and MLW shorelines accreted 63 feet and 131 feet, on average.
